The ridiculous lack of being able to keep any of the documents tied to your own social security number in one location renders this service absolutely useless. I have used turbo Tax for 11 years and every year it is a battle to log back into my account. To have to set up a new account that is linked to my social security number should though up some huge red flags. All I need is to be able to retrieve my password and join my two accounts associated with my personal social security number. the fact that this program would allow more than one an only one account for a single social security number is beyond a huge concern to what securities are actually in place for this service.
