Overall I love turbotax. It makes my life soooo much easier for doing taxes. However, I paid an additional state tax filing...had to wait to actually file due to needing tax forms finalizing by the state...then closed the software till that date...and had to re-pay the state filing fee!!! Not sure why. Hopefully I can contact Customer Service and get a refund for that second charge.
