Turbo Tax Epiphany

Each year as taxes become more complex, Turbo Tax seems to get easier. Simply put, the company and product do a great job in keeping things simple. Not an easy thing to do in our everchanging climate.

While the program is working it should show that it is! Some tasks take quite a while to complete. User does not know what is happening. Should I re-hit the button or not.

Turbo Tax is OK

Using Turbo Tax is easy and fast. I have been using it for many years and mostly happy with it. The only complaint I have is the cost of the extras. I buy the Deluxe and have always filed the State by mail. This year needed to file 2 State forms and they wanted to charge $40 for the extra state even though all the info is on file.

Turbo Delux 2021 - downhill of tax software

Wasn't ready to be released, but they did it anyway and could care even LESS about the consumer!!!! Doesn't matter if you live in Kentucky, Oregon, Tenessee, or etc. I only know these states have had major issues...me being one of them. I got a special finger for Intuit and their mostly less than knowledgeable lil jockeys! I gave it a 2 cuz 2 out of the 5 family filings went without a hitch.
