I have and older PC so it takes longer to upload, but very simple to use once it's all loaded. I have used TurboTax for more the 20 years.

Turbo Tax not as intuitive as prior years

I find that Turbo Tax is not nearly as helpful and intuitive as prior years. I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the first year that I was frustrated. Even the "helpful" import form - not helpful if it doesn't import the required data and at the end asks you to provide missing info...that you have no idea what is missing since it was supposed to IMPORT all relevant data.
