TurboTax is an excellent program. We use the "Walk you through" areas in each section. Sure makes taxes simple. Would like to have had more of an explanation for the "Economic Impact Payment(s)" form though.

overall i thought it was easy,i did not have to print out all the numbers,your importing system to import info from the w-2 made it fast and easy

Product worked pretty well but I needed to wait about 5 days to file in mid February, because a form needed to be updated online before I could do so. After updates I noted that many of the "more info" links (blue highlighted words or phrases) were dead links that went nowhere.(on Mac)

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 6 years and have found it to be very helpful in preparing my annual taxes. There is built in help to answer questions. The final check is extremely useful to correct any errors.

We have used TurboTax for many years and always found it extremely accurate and user-friendly. This year, however, the portions allowing for NYS pensions to be excluded from NY State income taxation were very obtuse. Hopefully this will be made more transparent in the future.
