A great product

Turbo tax is a great product and takes you through all the steps to get your taxes done right. You get a free efile for your federal taxes but you get charged a fee for your state taxes. I learned from personal experience don,t have turbo tax take the payment from your return to pay the fee. pay for them from a credit card. It cost me 77.25 to pay for the 20.00 charge to efile my state return.

Mostly good, but stop nagging me about State Tax

It has a couple bugs where it has you go back and address non-existent errors during the review phase, but the biggest problem BY FAR is that it keeps nagging me to do my state return even though Tennessee DOESN'T HAVE a state income tax. It's really annoying to see this several times a year, every year!

PROBLEMS WITH THE STATE OF NJ AND RESTARTING

Filing was delayed due to slow response to update Turbo Tax. Then, once update came through, still could not file due to an error message about the state return which was not true. Also, problems with restarting Turbo Tax occurred every time I tried to sign back in. Had to reboot PC each time to get it to work.
