Turbo Tax was frustrating this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The program has always been simple, and I have recommended this product. This year I got in a cycle of paying for audit defense when I did not want this service. I cannot get out of this service. The blue button automatically is indicated. I am frustrated with this section

Gets the job done

Although tedious and time consuming, it gets the job done. However, there are some questions that I needed answers for in which TurboTax kept giving me invalid answers and I had to guess at some things, making the returns that I filed possibly open to audit.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Just Follow the Directions and Your Done

First time user and found Turbo Tax easy to use. All you have to do is follow the well explained questions, enter the required information and you are done. Nothing easier than that.
