The software sucks

I have used the TurboTax Online the last 3 years and had no issues. I bought the software and my return has been rejected 3 times already, due to an incorrect Adjusted Gross Income input on my part. However, due to my 2020 TurboTax return, this number is indeed correct. Of course, I would have to pay to get help so it seems like this software was a waste of money.
