Turbo Tax was great

Turbo Tax was fast and easy. I don't mind doing my taxes when I can use Turbo Tax. I would not use any other tax product. I'm glad I don't have to use a tax accountant.

Desktop version worked wonderfully. Easy to use and am very happy. Had 1 small issue due to an unusual 1099-misc royalty. It doesn't handle 1099-Misc royalties from owning oil stock of a trust. Called turbotax help and the specialist was able to solve my issue in a fairly short time period. In other words, I recommend turbotax and the customer support (I don't say that about very many companies).
