TurboTax online would not allow me to file, so paid again for the desktop software (supposed to solve problem). After inputing all information again, still would not process.

This years turbo tax was a little confusing in some spots. Easy access to printing was not available in a tab. Some of the information that was asked for was not clear.

EASY PEASY

I've used Turbo Tax for 10 years and have never been disappointed. The only thing I would suggest is that prior to beginning any process, there would be a section to explain what documents you may need.. I had to get up out of my chair at least 5x to retrieve my ID, charitable documents, car registration, etc.

Tax Software I Depend on Every Year

Best feature is integration with asset managers and payroll firms...saves time, and ensures accuracy. Frustrated statements can't be made sooner than mid-February.
