Turbo Tax is very easy

I have used turbo tax for several years and never had a problem This year there were several problems. After research time I was able to resolve each issue but it was very frustrating. Hopefully next year this product will go back to its A+ rating. This tax season I give you a B-.

State tax filing delayed by one form not being ready. When ready to submit, system allowed e-file but then stopped it due to need to manually file. After I had my credit card charged.

Turbo tax is very good.

In the past it told you if it was better to itemize the state taxes or take the general no itemizing. For senior citizens it would be helpful to know this especially if there are a lot of medical expenses.

Got help fixing a rejected state return.

First time since using TurboTax since 2006 my State Tax Return was rejected. I was instructed to update TurboTax on 2/17/2022 and rerun my California Tax and fix any errors if prompted. I was not prompted to fix any errors so waiting to see if the State return got accepted.
