Great Product

For the first time in 13 years using Turbo Tax, I had a bad disc in my purchase. Called the number that was provided on the problem page and the service rep was able to get my problem solved. I was very impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the individual assisting me. This glitch will in NO way keep me from using Turbo Tax again!

Programming not up to date

Tried to do my Federal taxes but the system was not working for form 1040SR for charitable contributions. Lines 12b was wrong and line 12c would not print. Stopped and waited until the programming was fixed.

Turbo Tax Software is the best tax software

I have been a turbo tax customer since 1986. I am an accountant specializing in managerial cost accounting {retired}, budgets and construction jobs. I have researched other tax programs available and decided that Turbo Tax suits my needs.

Behind The Scenes Not Visible

I moved an IRA from one institution to another. It is not clear how this transaction is handled within 2021 TTax Deluxe. There should be a "More Info" link to explain what is happening behind the scenes for this and many other types of common, routine situations.
