Every year since 1996 i have had 1 issue that comes up during the final review. It takes time to review steps to find the issue. This year it was with Child Tax Credits. I have noted early in the form that we have no dependents. I had to go back in the forms and answer each question in the dependents form to clear this. Why? after answering the question, Do you have Dependents?

Everything went well I just really do not like the offer at the end to apply for legal asst option, and never gives you an option to decline only to authorize, this holds the process trying to figure out how to get around it so you will not be charged I had this problem last year many reviewers complained about it I was hoping this year would have added a
