Turbo Tax has been such a great way to do our taxes. It's very straight forward and goes through each category in a simple, easy to understand format asking questions item by item.

only down side i had was paying $40.00 for another State form due to employer filed one paycheck incorrectly to the wrong State. $40.00 is too much!!!

Good step by step program. Did Taxes with Turbo Tax and another popular tax program and TT was allot more inclusive and provided steps the other program didn't, resulting in a much better return that I felt much more confident with.

dont know why it charges for all state tax returns and have to mail the state if you are not getting federal back. I will cancel for next year. too much money when others are free.

I purchased the software at the Military Exchange (AAFES) and when I was attempting to begin the program, there were no icons or prompts for the product bought at a retailer. This is my fifth year using Turbotax Deluxe and I do not recall having the same issues in previous years. I had to use the cd which was a bit more cumbersome. The program continued to ask for information repeatedly (name, address, etc.) it seems the program would be able to use the previously entered data.
