Turbo Tax has lost the edge they once had

I have a very simple tax situation and for the second year I had issues with Turbo Tax. This year I got stuck in a loop and finally had to go work in the form itself to get my taxes complete

Great and easy to use product

I have always had no problems with filing my taxes with Turbo Tax. It goes through each category, so that you are sure to receive every deduction possible.

I talked to Jayla and she was able to put me in contact with tax expert Tanya who helped me get everything fixed and filed. Thank you for the help .

Turbo tax is okay

Found some things to be difficult to work through. and once closed getting back to make changes before filing. Also did not use my free state tax filing but was charged when doing a second return 20.00
