Turbo Tax is frustrating.

It is difficult to Itemize, which makes hundreds of dollars difference in state taxes.
Just finding the place to select Itemize is hard.
It generated unwanted forms:ie 8812, which made finalizing hard.

It gets easier to use every year! I was able to complete and efile my federal and state returns in just a couple hours (that includes looking for documents).

As a senior, I'm concerned about accurate reporting so that I am fulfilling my obligation to report everything necessary as a citizen of this country. I've used Turbotax for more years than I even want to claim...never a problem; great support is appreciated!

TurboTax Deluxe helps me year after year

I love the feature that allows transfer of previous years tax info to current year, it eliminates errors I might make doing this and makes figuring my taxes much easier. I have ONLY one wish, that it would be cheaper to E-file state, $20 seems high since it only involves transmission of my tax forms. Just a thought, in any case I love Turbo Tax and turned my brother onto it. He will be a second year user and saved over 1K using Turbo Tax instead of a tax service. He loves that it is available for Mac users.

Turbotax has taken so much of the stress away. I used to spend countless hours and tears on my taxes. Now I can just plug in my information, answer a few questions, and know that it's all taken care of. The hardest part is waiting for the refund to be deposited! THANK YOU TURBO TAX!
