Turbo Tax Deluxe not as helpful as in years past

Help section: finding information for a specific form that should be available is not. Asking a question is tricky. You have to ask the correct way or don't get an answer. Otherwise, I love Turbo Tax Deluxe and have used it the last 12 years with little problems.
