THIS YEAR'S TURBO TAX IS NOT SO GREAT

THE PROGRAM WAS SLOW TO LOAD, HAD TO BE REBOOTED, AND WAS MISSING MUCH INFORMATION TO PROCESS THE RETURNS

Turbotax not up to normal standards

I had to go into the detail to fix problems caused by the Turbotax program. None of those problems were an entry error on my part. For Example, there were two errors on Child Earned Income Credit. I left those blank when going through the questions; however, the program flagged those as errors, so I had to literally put a zero in both of those boxes on the detail, and that fixed the problem. Also the program incorrectly calculated my deduction for Charitable Contributions. I filed Married Filing Jointly, and put in $2,550 as my 2021 Charitable Contribution; however, the program only put $300 in 12b rather than $600, so I had to fix that too.
