I still like using TurboTax

Reword the Economic Impact statement part. I spent 1:40 mins online with the IRS because of a form I was sent by them. Together I was confused as hell. I was trying to find out if I had to amend my filed taxes.

TurboTax is excellent on preparing taxes but . . .

I've used TurboTax for years, but this year (2021 taxes) the electronic filing feature failed to work. I tried everything the help files said to do: checked for updates, rebooted PC and router, turned off browser Pop Ups, etc. to no avail. I had to mail in my returns.

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and keep coming back because it's fast, easy and helpful for filing federal and state income taxes. Will keep coming back.

It works fine. It had a little difficulty with my being a retiree -- not having an employer to enter on one of the schedules. But it sure makes filing quick.
