The prompting nature of the product makes errors more unlikely (as in forgetting things).

Turbo Tax still easy to use and understand.

When I was ready to print my taxes, for some reason my State tax return was not showing, it stated the forms were not available. I called turbo tax and I talked with Paula who was very helpful. She should me how to check online for my updates which was something I never had to do. She worked with me until everything was installed and ready to print. She made my day.

Like most Programs it has it quarks

How can you allow the user to enter and accept a value that is clearly out of range. Example : When entering my wifes State info on the federal tax form I inevertenly put in a incorrect value her gross was $16,586.75 for state withheld I put in $774,378 this caculated my refund from delaware to beover 72K clearly a mistake, error that should have been cought. I had to look for and track where I errored.
NO State or Federal withheld tax should be greater that the gross amount Come on Man!

Also I have already entered my banking information Router # and Account # for federal direct deposit, why are you asking for the exact same information for state direct deposit... make no scene

Bought TT Deluxe Federal version, downloaded app, got multiple attempts to upsell to more expensive versions. Finally got into APP, filled out all required info. got results and had it E-filed. Rejected. Went on hunt for Last AGI
