E-filing screens suck

I was initially unable to get past the authentication screen. Checking the community forum suggested changing the screen size, which worked. I had no problems entering my tax information, but when I was ready to e-file my return, it was impossible to get past the payment screen. Again, checking the forum, I learned the name & address info was saved, even though it wasn't visible. I was able to e-file my federal, but nothing worked to e-file the state until today, 2-14-22. Everything worked as it should. Thanks to the community forum for helping to file my federal return. Phone help is not available on the weekends. Intuit should check that the screens work before releasing their product. Not sure I'll be using Turbo Tax next year. So frustrating!

I have been using TurboTax to file our federal and state returns for a long time - I think about 15 years - and find it to be reliable, helpful and accurate, no matter how complex my returns are from year to year. The Q & A format makes preparing taxes a painless task, and being able to e-file and get refunds quickly is great fo us,

Having used TurboTax for many years now, I know it is the best way to prepare and file your taxes each year. I absolutely look forward to preparing my taxes, as TurboTax makes it so easy.
