Turbo Tax is poor

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years no problem. The 2022 version is poor. If you enter 2 of the same 1099R in error, you can not delete one, because it is set up for filing. I am locked up, and can't file a finished return that want to file electronically.

Absolutely stone-age development

This was the worst, most ridiculous experience that I have ever had with a tax prep program. Couldn't enter activation code. Had to play around for HOURS toggling the display on my Windows 10 laptop guessing and not seeing any keystrokes before the code went in blindly. Then, for the last step, had to do the same display scaling toggle business for EVERY BOX on the checkout process. What has taken me 2 hours in the past took 12 hours total because of these display scaling issues - which many people are complaining about online. The only reason I went through the torture was that I couldn't afford to purchase another program and needed to efile. Turbo Tax - you need to listen to the online complaints and FIX THIS ISSUE.

Turbo Tax has some problems

There was an additional screens when installing the came up blank. (Inputting License Code). Was able to guess where to click on the screen to type it in and where to click OK. Was not fun trying to get past that screen. Running Windows 10. Also, it was quite challenging trying to find my AGI form last year. Trying to set up an account on the irs website did not go good at all. After about an hour of trying I finally gave up, and after 2 more hours of searching I was able to find last years return.

IRS rejected my return for a missing IP PIN

There is a mistake in TurboTax that does not let you itemize donation deductions if you are taking the STANDARDIZED DEDUCTION.

The data entry for the W2's need to be looked at. It's really slow and it's a new format from last year's program. All other data fields are the same and fast. Hopefully, you can correct this.
