I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade now! It has always walked me through questions and things I was not sure about. I can't imagine having to do this on my own. Thank you Turbo Tax!

TurboTax is slow

Every time I click a box it takes nearly a full minute before I can type a number in the blank. Took me twice as long to file this year.

First year with issues

I have used Turbo Tax for years and usually love it. This was the first year i had a lot of issues with the download...first it would not let me even get started. I had to unistall twice. Then when it downloaded my state, it again would not go any further and i had to unistall again. It was quite frustrating.

Turbo Tax - my tax program of choice for years!

Turbo Tax is so easy to use and if you have questions you can visit online or read the help sections that pop up on the page you are working on. I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years and I have had no complaints so far. I especially like how the program imports my information from the previous year so that I don't have to retype all the info again. I do double check the info but that's just me being extra careful and not the program. So far the information imported have been spot on correct.
