I have used TurboTax for years to do my family members' taxes. We have never been audited or had issues. It is relatively straightforward and the way it checks at the end prevents mistakes.

Turbo Tax is a very user friendly software product. My only complaint is that the error correct process after the returns are complete and the Error Correct has been run is sometimes confusing and difficult to follow.
