Turbo Tax is great program for calculating and filing taxes. I love the Federal, State and School District walk throughs. However, still wish your interface questions when dealing with multiple SD and City taxes are involved. I moved mid-year within the state and struggled understanding the SD questions also, had an employer withhold both worked-in and resident city taxes for 2 RITA communities. Turbo tax is not great at filling in forms with requested information. I have to go the forms to ensure the wages aren't doubled up. Learned this lesson the hard way when I submitted RITA form - (fully acknowledge their form sucks!!!!) with total wages assigned to BOTH worked-in and lived-in lines. Took me a long time to convince RITA the form was wrong and I did not owe them any taxes.

VERY EASY TO USE..ESPECIALLY SINCE I USE IT EVERY YEAR. I JUST PUT IN NEW FIGURES AND TURBO TAX DOES ALL THE WORK.

Recommend for pages with multiple listings like charities, that once an entry is completed, the view remains at the bottom so you know what the last entry was. Also, would be nice to be able to alphanumerically sort all the entries so we can quickly check the listing to ensure we didn't miss anything. Since the previous entries are carried over, new entries may not appear in a good sort order as new ones are entered. This causes one to have to scroll up and down the listing.
The second recommedation is to allow for a single total QTP entry if we donate on throughout the year. We donate to our two grandkids 529 plans on a monthly basis.

Always easy and thorough

I have been using TurboTax software since the 1990s. My concern is that the 2022 TurboTax software will require me to upgrade to Mac Os Big Sur. I have a MacBook Pro mid-2012 and the last OS I can upgrade to is macOS Catalina. So, unless Intuit releases a TurboTax 2022 version that can run on Mac Os Catalina, I (and I am sure many others) will need to find an alternative tax program, as I will not spend $1500 for a new MacBook just to run TurboTax. Question: If I do purchase a new laptop because my current one is no longer able to run my tax software, is that a deductible expense?
