Quick and Painless

using TurboTax is easy and stress free. I feel like the programs walks me through all the different options (especially things I didn't think of before as credits or deductions) to get me my biggest refund.

TurboTax is very User Friendly

I have used TurboTax since 2008 for me and my mom. We have always had a great experience with entering our information manually. There are always great Help features if you do not understand a section. Thank you for saving hours and days of time from using paper forms.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

You are supposed to get one free state file but yet this is the second year I have had to pay to file my state! Other than that, it's great!

There were a few hidden fees that should have been mad clearer, but the experience was okay over all; be sure to have your driver's license/state I.D. handy for the end if you e-file.

I bought the product and do not have a disk drive. I was unable to download the product so had to use a different computer. Don't send me reminders to buy if I am unable to use without a cd drive
