Good but Education expenses process is confusing

TT is unclear when it comes to Education expenses and Tuition. They are entered at different times and different places. The code states that a parent cannot take credit if one of the forms (can't remember which) is in the student name which I don't think is correct. Otherwise, I have used TurboTax for many years and it is pretty good, just have to be very careful.

The program is great but updates are really bad

I have used turbo tax for many years. Love it except this year the updates would not go through. Had to manually run one of them.Seems like the program should be more accurate before it hits the market

Turbo Tax has no ability to electronically file ST

Up until the time to file State Tax Return, Turbo Tax was great. Without the ability to charge and file state tax returns, the fees for the product are extremely high. Failure on support and Turbo Tax for no resolution

TurboTax is great product, but a little glitchy!

The software is easy to use. I have used it nearly every year for the last 20 years. The software can be glitchy and have connectivity issues on occasion. Other than that, great product that has been pretty reliable with my tax returns.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
