The incessant need to try and run a update that goes no where and does nothing has been infuriating. I pushed the manual update, that however did not seem to provide any relief to the software issue. I have loved the ease of use in the past, however this has been so frustrating this year my words could not accurately convey my feelings.

I have used this product for over 15 years. This year I cannot file my tax return. Nothing wrong on my end, its all on Intuits.

After 2021 TurboTax downloaded it wouldn't pull in previous years' tax information. Tried reloading, didn't work, so I typed in all my info. Then when I went to file...kept getting error on 2210 since the program wanted me to have the IRS figure my penalty. Checked for updates (multiple times) as stated by TurboTax...and it didn't work. Tried multiple ways and several hours to be able to pay my penalty tax when I filed. Searched TurboTax for help but only could find information about 2020 and before. What a waste of time. Get rid of the old stuff! I finally just filed and went to IRS and paid my penalty separately. I could have spent less time if I did it all by pencil. So disappointed. Really not a good program to use anymore.
