I thought I paid for State filing. I guess not.

TT wanted to charge me $60 extra to file electronically. Always disappointed year after year. I don't know why I buy this product.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years now and find it easy to maneuver and very helpful. I have different account all over and this program makes it very easy to complete.

Love Turbo Tax, But Come On...

Long-time, happy TT user. But I have to fill in information that is easily carried over from last year. For example: TT will not copy forward my wife's W2 info, which never changes (I am able to download mine). Also, I had to dig for a workaround for the error, "Charitable contributions has an unacceptable value." Sometimes TT makes it hard to be a fan.

As tax filing becomes more and more complicated, turbo tax software walked me through all the steps necessary. Only issue I had was with certain fields not retaining info I entered.
