Could not reach live help at your phone number, 8812 pop up was confusing since I had no children, pin number info confusing. More difficult to use than previous years.

Turbo Tax is Easy

It is easy to use especially when it automatically enters previous year's information but only if you used TurboTax previously. Easy to install, just have to take time to read each question and have patience. Wish they would give you a list of items you will need in order to file instead of researching or finding items as you go along.
