Had a very difficult time submitting my returns--error messages. The information provided online didn't work, and the 800 number refused to help because I was using the download program. Reloaded everything into the online program, and it wanted me to pay more because I had to itemize. Very frustrating. Finally got federal to submit when I did it alone. I will try state again later, but I have wasted way too much time on this.

Box 14 lacks description for retirement
