I have been using Turbo tax for many years and it is really easy to use. It walks you thru everything and is much cheaper then going thru a tax place.

Turbo Tax Individual

Overall Turbo Tax is pretty simple to use and after years of use, I find that filing is relatively easy and overall accurate. I was kind of confused with the electronic "E-File" steps, and I am hoping I completed the tax accurately using E-File. I did not like having to pay a $20 fee for filing the Missouri Income Tax. Hope it is worth it. Will see, and I will let everyone know later if there were any concerns.

Loads super slowly. Charitable Tax deduction available when filing standard deduction was clunky.

excellent tax program

I haven't used turbo tax in @7 years it has improved so much. I am shocked how easy the program is to use. Also how my many questions were answered just by clicking on their "learn more about" buttons on the screen. They were east to understand but technical enough so I didn't wonder if needed to read further. A lot of deductions are confusing but it helped figure them out and told you why it got that amount and the best way to get your maximum refund.

Random errors

Been using turbotax for almost 20 years. This year, despite still having no dependents, I cannot file taxes without filling out a form for Child Tax Credits.
Never had an error like that before, cannot recall any error that would refuse to clear.
