It's Quick and Easy

I've used TurboTax for years and have been quite satisfied. However, the one problem I had was when you enter your charitable contributions and do a return review, the numbers are different and it's flagged as an error. For example, I enter $600 contribution, the return review says $300. Did this about three times and had the same problem. The last time, I didn't do a review and went it through with no other problems. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the program and will be using it again next year.

easy to use, only thing i can complain about is last year it took me from one deduction to the next this year i had to click each blue edit box, as a mom of 2 under 2 i was not a fan wish it was more one handed this year like it was last year.
Pros: I moved, I had a baby

I've always used turbo tax since i got my first job when i turned 16. Its so easy and really fast. It tells you everything you need to know and goes step by step with you.

Problems with E-file

After 5 attempts to E-file and update and E-file again that FAILED, we re-installed TT Deluxe on a different PC and only E-Filed the Federal return...with success!! Then at a different time we tried to E-file our state return...FAILED. Same response as the previous PC...Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available - TT is not ready to process Year 2021 for this return.

In general good experience, I just don't like you have hidden fees, first we buy your software $43, then we pay processing fee of $40 and additional $20 for state, you should list all of your fees, i am not sure if i will use your software next year.
