Excellent software for taxes. Had some minor issues this year as I had a schedule C to complete. The prompts were a little confusing but my overall experience was good. I have been filing with Turbo Tax for over 20 years, and will continue using this product.

Turbo Tax needs improving upon. For years, we have used Turbo Tax. The State of Oregon does NOT tax Federal pensions. Yet initially, Turbo Tax said I owed money to Oregon. I did not realize you had to pay $20 to e-file (my first time to e-file). Then the return was rejected even tho I had the correct AGI listed. I decided to print and mail but now how to I get my $20 back that I paid to e-file?? The agent who helped me correct the returns (before they were rejected by IRS) was amazing!! She did a great job.

Every year I do my taxes and my wife's. Every single year one of ours works fine and the other file gets corrupted every time the program updates. I had to start hers over 3 times this year. Otherwise, it's easy and walks you through everything.

I really like the step by step way of filing your taxes. Our taxes are fairly simple but when you own a house, pay alimony, etc, it pays to get it right the first time
