I was charged $60 ($40 + $20) for tax preparation fees and I'm not sure why. My efiling should have been free.

Turbotax all around is a great tool, But now there is the deal federal and state filing and e-filing, How about since most people do state and federal taxes, have disk that has both state and federal and e-file included in the purchase price, and since you already ask if there is more than one state, have it when you list multiple states, that you can pay for the extra states and the extra charge for e-filing at one time verses having to go back, save, go to purchase page, then back to the page of either filling out that state or the final step of filing. Thank You

State Tax Electronic transmission

When I downloaded Turbo Tax And opened the program, I was asked if I wanted to file my State Tax return electronically. I said yes. Now I check my credit card purchases and find a $20 charge which is the normal pricing.
