TurboTax seems to be come more complicated.

Doing Taxes was easy....paying was not.

Getting our taxes filled out was pretty easy and straight forward. We had issues any time the program had a popup screen to interact with. We could not see what we were typing. It would take many minutes for the information to finally show up and that was usually after my laptop had gone to sleep. This issue made it take me over an hour to login and pay for our state return and then file. I finally figured out a way around it but it was tedious. I hope in the future Turbo Tax fixes this issue.

I have been using Turbo Tax since the early 2000's. The first time, I couldn't believe how easy it was. Enter the information as requested and TT does the rest. As long as I have to pay taxes, TT will be my tax preparer.
