Very well done except some confusing aspects

Some confusing aspects without explanations such situation with charitable contributions and any other deductions such as the $300 or $600 allowance.

So easy to use

Liked the step by step. Had one issue in importing prior year return done in Windows into current year done in Apple. Also, I liked the prior printing options where you could easily select certain forms.

Turbo Tax Is the BEST!

As an elderly Senior, we continue to use Turbo Tax each year because it is easy to follow all the steps, makes navigating through the Govt. changes simple to understand, and is 100% accurate! Turbo Tax final review is great! Honesty is the correct way to file with Turbo Tax -- very reassuring! Many thanks!!

I have used Turbo tax foe 20 years and had never had a problem. I have found all the forms that I needed and have been able to complete taxes without additional help.

A few glitches this year with turbotax desktop

Encountered a problem on final review after I had completed Kansas state taxes where we were able to itemize deductions this year even if we chose the standard deduction on our federal return. My filing status is married filing jointly and it changed the charitable deduction amount from $600 to $300 on my federal return. I had to go back to the 1040-SR and change the charitable deduction back to $600. After I did that I was able to e-file with no problems.

It was a waste of my time and money

I paid $80 to download the software to do my taxes and then i paid an extra $45 for another state but i was unable to submit it because "E file is closed"
