TURBOTAX has become worthless

turbotax is very slow and too time consuming, I have used turbotax over 20 years and this year is the worst, will not use it next year

Additional supporting documents were needed that I now have to send after I was charged for electronic filing, it would have cost me less to just file by sending everything in at one time.
