only option it gave me was to use the paid program, and then on top of paying for the program. it wanted me to pay another $60 in fees. like what the frick I'm only getting 150 back!

My Kentucky return would not efile due to a software bug. That problem should have been noted and fixed before the software was released.

error with charitable donations

I enter charitable donations and only qualify for standard deduction You enter 300 which is not correct for filing jointly and flag it as an error when you review. I change it to 600 and all is well. But when I re-scan you have set it back to 300 and flag it again. Turbotax is a great product and I have been using it for years. just pitiful

Can't opt out of audit defense

I did not want to pay for Audit Defense but every time I said no, it finalized my e-filing adding the additional $45 charge. I could not process my return without it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
