Turbo Tax is complete

It found a double 1099-r entry on our first e-file which was rejected by the IRS. Turbo Tax helped get it corrected and refiled electronically.

Works Well In Spite of our Tax Code

My taxes and our tax code keep getting more complex. TurboTax has made it as easy as possible for me for the last 23 years. Without TurboTax I'm sure I would take 10 times the effort. The way TurboTax organizes and presents the multitude of questions is about as simple as it could be for the user.

I have used Turbo Tax since it first come out. It seems to be getting harder than it used to be. I have to fill out a part then scale down and do the next part and on and on. I wish the next form would pop up automatically. I ended up having to do a 2nd Turbo Tax and delete the first one./

Extremely dissatisfied with TT this year, to the point that I'd never use it again.
How so, you ask. I tried repeatedly to E-file Fed return but the system would not cooperate. So even though I paid for 1 free Fed file, I get 0. Plus I have a very small State refund coming ($70), But I have to mail it in and have the State mail me a check. I don't mind mailing it, but would have appreciated direct deposit from my state, which I might add would have been happy to accommodate me, if TT would let me fill in line 52 with my banking Info. Truth be told, they actually would, but it would cost $50.

IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS TO GET MY KY STATE TAX FILED DUE TO A GLITCH IN YOUR SYSTEM AND NOW YOU CHARGE ME $20 TO FILE. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

We have used TurboTax for several years and are very happy. We used to pay someone to do our taxes but found we knew everything they were asking for. TurboTax is very user friendly.
