Turbo Tax was a little difficult to manuver

I had some trouble with entering information from a 1099Misc that I received. It was for a non-business expense and Turbo Tax kept putting it on a Schedule C. I needed to be put on a Schedule 1 (as per the instructions given me by the UAW-FCA-FORD-GENERAL MOTORS LEGAL SERVICES PLAN TRUST 1099Misc instructions. It specifically stated that it was not to be on a Schedule C form. It took me close to an hour to get it figured out how to bypass the Schedule C form that Turbo Tax kept putting it on to. This happed to me last year as well!!!

I think Turbo Tax gets easier every year. I have used their software for at least 15 years. You can't go wrong with TURBO TAX.

I use PC download (desktop) product. There was a bug in adding charitable donation to Standard Deduction but I got a workaround from Support. There was a problem in this area last tax year (2020 return) too so it seems like this is a problem area for Turbotax.
Another problem area is phone Support. I have a speech problem so voice input is useless; it just does NOT recognize my voice pattern. I can usually get around this by using keypad input (I used to work with IVR systems so know most accept keypad input). Yours does NOT; I just got an annoying message which said "I do not accept keypad input at this time".
