Turbo Tax is the BEST!!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for Years. Never had a problem, easy to use. I recommend Turbo Tax.

Turbotax does not work with Windows 11

I initially had an issue with installing the program on Windows 11. I finally got it to work and it seemed like Intuit also may have fixed the issue. But today, I tried transmitting my state and federal taxed via E-File, on Windows 11, it did not work. At the point were it was going to take the filing charges via credit card, it just gave me a blank screen and I couldn't go any further. I happen to have another computer with Windows 10 and installed Turbotax, transferred my tax files, and then was able to transmit my taxes via E-file. I am a little surprised that Intuit didn't make sure their programs work with Windows 11 before putting them on the market.

Inexcusable delay for calculation

Having to wait for you to fix a calculation is inexcusable. You should have known it was an issue and corrected it before tax season started. I have never seen TurboTax make such an error. I don't like rejected returns.

Difficult to Make Changes

I decided to use my federal and state refunds as payments on 2022 taxes after I first asked for refunds. This proved hard if not impossible to change in the step-by-step method. I finally did it by viewing the forms.
