The product is probably great for the professional tax preparer, but for a novice person it can be a bit of a challenge. Some of the questions asked and certain forms were difficult to answer.

Paying $20 for state and then needing to sign up

signing up for the state and then paying $20 and then needing to sign up to Turbo Tax required more time than completing the tax return.
Just charge more for your product rather than all the hidden fees

Always easy to navigate, and walks you through all situations. Annoying that it does not add State filing for free, but instead wants another $40. THAT'S way overpriced.

Turbo tax was just wonderful this year as it has been every year. It takes you through every step carefully. It even corrects you if you make a mistake. It is a wonderful product which I have been using for at least 12 years.
