Turbo Tax is Great!

This is my 2nd year using Turbo Tax for filing both Federal and State returns. This is a tremendous product that really helps make filing your tax returns a very smooth process. From start to finish it only took a couple of hours. Turbo Tax is very thorough in asking every question possible to get you the best and most accurate return. I highly recommend Turbo Tax and will plan on using it for many years to come.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2014. Intuit/Turbo Tax is always making improvements. Turbo Tax is detailed, thorough, concise, clear, and relatively easy to use. I always choose the option for Turbo to take me through step by step, on everything. I trust them and feel very confident using their tax product. Thank you!

TurboTax is adequate

Some of the "features" that I find annoying. Requires excessive use of mouse for beginning data entry on almost every field - the field that first requires data is not already selected ready for keying in data. When you complete a screen [no more data is to be filled in] the 'CONTINUE" button must be selected by moving the mouse, before you can press the enter key. After asking if you want to use the same bank account this year, and answering yes, it still requires you to key in all of your bank data. What a waste of time. The software does not make clear which of the data you are entering actually is submitted to the IRS via the efile procedure, and which is simply driving additional questions, or screen progression. For example: When it asks you if you own a home, or for your drivers license data. Drivers license data is obtained with 2 successive screens, and it should be done on a single screen.

2021 TURBO TAX

Unable to print the Maryland State Tax form that were sent to IRS. instructions indicate that ALL FORMS WILL BE PRINTED, but it does NOT print the Maryland State Tax forms that were sent to the IRS. Your instructions FAIL to do that.
