Federal was fine state return is held up..

I have used this product for 10+ years. For the first time ever a software glitch has impacted me. The Kentucky state tax is unworkable and has been for nearly a week due to a software error. I'll give them a pass for a while due to the past track record but hurry up please.

Helpful, but concerned with future usage

Most everything worked fine this year. The only thing that should have been programmed for the app to handle, rather that the human was to erase or ignore the 1040-SR 2b entry, when users are taking the Standard Deduction, to blank out the "300." that presumes the deduction for a single person's maximum deduction.

Not too painful

Live expert was fantastic! She stayed with me until I was able to get the product downloaded. Turbo Tax was fairly easy to use. I liked the interview process, but did not like that I could not easily get back to where I left off when I needed to go back and check something.

Another year filing taxes with a trusted resource

I've been a Turbo Tax user for the last 12 years, and am completely satisfied with the use of the application, the ease of filing my taxes, and the peace of mind that there's an answer for any tax question, circumstance, or issue at my disposal. I also am at ease and confident that the latest tax law updates are being applied each time I open up the application, or return to a return in progress.
