For some reason, this year, 2020, I had to purchase and download rather than use TurboTax online. We were all given a one month extension this year due to COVID, and I filed an extension. So, my understanding is that I should have had until November 15, 2021 , to file my 2020 taxes! Why did I have to purchase and download software? Also, I did have medical expenses far more than $49.00, but I did not save information, so I guess that I cannot deduct anything without the actual expenses. I was not able to answer the question correctly with the software because I did have high medical and dental expenses, so the answer was yes, but I did not save or have available my actual expenses to enter, so I had to go back and answer no. There was not an option for my actual situation with medical expenses.

Overpriced

I personally feel Turbo Tax is overpriced.. if I could've took it out of my return, that would've been GREAT but I was unable to, setting me behind and having to mail it in.
