great product been using for 20 years

Had a little problem downloading from its deductible. Kept asking for a passcode and locked up the program. Had to restart in order to clear.

Turbo tax has room for improvement

There should be "chat" possibility. I have had Qs. but could not get answer. I am unsure if
all is well this time. e.g. Sold my house in NC, paid 1% $6,700. to the state. but could not
deduct it. Why/where? Scheduale A's line 6 is perfect for it yet not available to me. How to do it? is my issue.

Turbotax is the best
