I found Turbo Tax Deluxe easy to use. It answered all my questions. Totally satisfied with all aspects of this product.

Turbo tax has a few issues

Easy to use, but problems with the $600 charitable deduction - softwarre kept reverting to $300. Also, the HCTC form 8885 does not function unless you dig deep into forms and force it. Other than that - works good.

Turbo Tax was terrible this year! It was very very slow and user unfriendly! Every time I put in a number it took two minutes to compute! Turbo Tax should give me a refund for all of the aggravation that it caused me!

A Number of Glitches

Said we needed to fill in Form 8812. We have no dependents. Had a problem with charitable donations and had to manually change to get the full $600 allowed in 2021 for MFJ and using the standard deduction. Said I would get a W-2C. I won't receive one.
