Turbo Tax Awesome

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. I have never had any problems and each year it becomes more user friendly. It's a great program and is always up to date on all the tax laws.

Good but could be easier

Easy to use, switched from competitor because you still let us use a disc to download. Only problem was very hard to do a mail in return for a state.

Not as smooth this year

There were several "errors" that I had to correct. One, a child support payment form, I never filled out because I have no child. Yet Turbotax kept sending it back to me as an error. Trying to get support for this was very bad. Your online database had no such topics and your automated phone system couldn't understand my question. The other "error" was that Turbotax want me to enter Line 1 from Schedule A. I did not itemize, so I didn't have a Schedule A.

Needs work

I bought the package with state return. My state is kentucky and it does not work properly. It tells me I do not have proper SSN for my dependent children and I DO NOT HAVE DEPENTENT CHILDREN
