TurboTax Screwed it up

Instead of sending my TurboTax for tax year 2021 thru my TurboTax Advantage account, you kept emailing me that my credit card was declined. I checked with my CC card company and was informed that there was nothing wrong with my card. Finally I received TurboTax 2021 by placing an order and downloading it a month later than I normally received it. Although I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years, if that happens again this year (2022), I will not be using TurboTax any longer.
